Dr. Rick Hanson offered a webinar on February 8, 2022, providing an overview of the study on Learning to Learning from Positive Experiences, which was published by the Journal of Positive Psychology. The study showed that deliberately internalizing beneficial experiences can lower anxiety and depressed mood, and increase gratitude, self-compassion, and happiness in general.

For your viewing convenience, we have organized the webinar into three different videos, below:

  • An introduction of positive neuroplasticity and growing strengths from beneficial experiences
  • A walk-through of the study
  • A Q&A with participants of the live webinar
