Bruno Amrein

Bruno has been teaching MBSR and coaching people to bring more self-compassion and equanimity into their lives since 2019. PNT has given him important additional tools to help his
clients flourish and develop more agency. He is also offering combined Yoga and Mindfulness workshops together with his wife. He is a former journalist and filmmaker  based in
Baden, Switzerland.

Anna is a certified Positive Neuro-plasticity Training teacher, working in Poland since 2018. She also works as an ACC ICF coach, Zen coach, soft skills and stress-relief trainer, and social worker. Palina Asgeirsdottir

Palina is psychologist in Iceland. She is trained in MBSR, MBCT, and MSC and PNT. After working for eight years at the University Hospital of Iceland, Palina participated in a month-long training in Zen practice, led by Zen Master Jakusho Kwong Roshi at the Sonoma Mountain Zen Center in California. Her primary interest is in helping people reduce their suffering. She works from Reykjavík in Iceland.

Manuela has been a yoga and meditation teacher for over 30 years. She studied Yogaweg intensively with R. Sriram in India, a classical yoga with a contemporary approach. Marc Loewer

Marc Loewer M.D. is a psychiatrist and integrative psychotherapist in Freiburg, Germany. He has extensive experience with meditation, studying with some of the most highly revered meditation teachers. As a senior physician and medical director he worked to integrate mindfulness-based approaches like MBSR and MBCT trainings in in- and out-patient settings. He now presents PNT to the healthcare and business sector.

Jörg is a psychiatrist, clinical psychotherapist, mindfulness teacher, and author of Mindful Compassionate Parenting, a specific training for parents based on mindfulness, self compassion and positive cultivation. Katja has been practicing mindfulness since 2010 in the Plum Village Tradition of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh. She holds a master’s degree in industrial engineering, is an active member in the Network for Mindful Business, and fosters international sangha building. Dirk has practiced tai chi and various forms of martial arts for over 30 years. He holds a degree in Social Science and teaches stress manage-ment, tai chi (Daniel Grolle), qigong (Carl von Ossietzky Universität Olden-burg), stress management (Dr. Gert Kaluza), and the PNT in Frankfurt am Main in Germany. He founded Tai Chi Bewegt in 2016 and previously held a position as head of department for tourism with the French government.

Connie started out as an elementary school teacher and now works as a coach in her own practice, True Colors, where she coaches children and adolescents with ADHD or ADD and their parents and teachers. Beate holds Masters degrees in Language and European Affairs. She is the founder and director of Brussels Mindfulness and currently teaches mindfulness and PNT in English, Dutch, French and German for international organisations and open courses and is also an MBSR teacher trainer and supervisor. Kirsten has degrees in social sciences and mindfulness-based approaches. She is a compassion-informed therapist and solution-focused family counselor.
