Manuela Heisler
Manuela has been a yoga and meditation teacher for over 30 years. She studied Yogaweg intensively with R. Sriram in India, a classical yoga with a contemporary approach. She is also a certified MBSR and PNT teacher, blending creative elements from these paths that help to reduce suffering and build positive inner resources. She’s based in Freiburg in Germany.
Anna Kuszewska-Sprawka
Anna is a psychologist, CBT therapist, and mindfulness teacher. She supports women in mindful self-discovery and guides them to reclaim their inner peace, combining years of psychological and therapeutic experience (mindfulness, self-compassion, trauma work, PNT) with the awakening of consciousness and intuition. Jörg Mangold
Jörg is a psychiatrist, clinical psychotherapist, mindfulness teacher, and author of Mindful Compassionate Parenting, a specific training for parents based on mindfulness, self compassion and positive cultivation. He trains clinicians in mindfulness, self-compassion and positivity, and was head of a multi-professional team of therapists for children, adolescents and families. He is based in Ansbach, Germany.

Katja Meyer-Rachner
Katja has been practicing mindfulness since 2010 in the Plum Village Tradition of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh. She holds a master’s degree in industrial engineering, is an active member in the Network for Mindful Business, and fosters international sangha building. Dirk Ortlinghaus
Dirk has practiced tai chi and various forms of martial arts for over 30 years. He holds a degree in Social Science and teaches stress manage-ment, tai chi (Daniel Grolle), qigong (Carl von Ossietzky Universität Olden-burg), stress management (Dr. Gert Kaluza), and the PNT in Frankfurt am Main in Germany. He founded Tai Chi Bewegt in 2016 and previously held a position as head of department for tourism with the French government.

George holds a masters in Philosophy and Economics and is a Certified Professional Coach from CIT and a mindfulness teacher from the Oxford Mindfulness Centre. His business resonance inspires people and organ-izations to awareness and human growth. He also teaches Being-Doing Balance, a multi-disciplinary method he developed combining mindfulness, self-compassion and PNT. He works in Basel, Switzerland.
Karin Pflüger
Karin is a Special Educator for language and learning disabilities, does early intervention work for kindergarten students, and runs the school’s theater group. She has qualifications in Trauma and Gestalt Therapy, Montessori education, Marte Meo, Relaxation Education, Trans-personal Psychology, and Mindfulness for Kids, and is a certified Certified Mindfulness Coach for children. Bridgeen Rea-Kaya
Bridgeen is a pioneer of mindfulness and mindful self-compassion classes in Northern Ireland. She has a Masters (Msc) in Mindfulness Based Approaches and is an accredited Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) Teacher, a qualified yoga teacher and a 2014 TEDx talker. She is an ordained member of Thich Nhat Hanh’s Order of Interbeing and has studied extensively with the Plum Village mindfulness community.
Claudia Rieger-Reinecke
Claudia is a Health Practitioner and Somatic Educator, specialized in TCM and Movement Therapy. Her quest for a more healthy, happy and embodied life started with Qigong, Buddhist meditation and Conscious Dance. She is a certified Movement Medicine teacher, a Tamalpa graduate, and trained in Mindfulness, Coaching & Constellations. She offers PNT in Munich, Germany and Majorca, Spain.
Ol’ha Samborska
Born in the south of Ukraine, Ol’ha was raised with the rich tradition of her highland ancestry in the Beskyd mountains, Poland. She studied cell biology and genetic engineering, and conducts research in psychology, epigenetics, hypnotherapy, and transgenerational traumatology. She currently helps Ukrainian refugees to cope with the trauma of war using the HEAL method, working from Berlin, Germany.
Connie Triantafillidis
Connie started out as an elementary school teacher and now works as a coach in her own practice, True Colors, where she coaches children and adolescents with ADHD or ADD and their parents and teachers. She has incorporate PNT into her work with youth, helping them to build greater self-esteem and a happy life. She works from Sint Crusiusweg in The Netherlands.

Beate holds Masters degrees in Language and European Affairs. She is the founder and director of Brussels Mindfulness and currently teaches mindfulness and PNT in English, Dutch, French and German for international organisations and open courses and is also an MBSR teacher trainer and supervisor. Marina works as a somatic therapist in The Netherlands. Positive Neuroplasticity and NARM are fundamental to her approach.
